"Chingis Khan Group" LLC - Deep Mine Technical Service Department is hiring one (1) Senior Project Engineer to work in the mine field with a schedule of 14 days on and 14 days off.

 

The purpose of this position is to perform the maintenance operations of the unit in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve team goals and planned plans.

Task

​

Manage and coordinate all mine-scale projects in close consultation with stakeholders.

Cooperate and organize with other departments in the field of design/construction/project management of infrastructure (power/water supply/ventilation/water pumping/drainage, etc.) and mine-scale projects not included in the scope of other departments

Support other mine planning (annual and long-term) functions in accordance with the Management Operating System (MOS) for infrastructure projects

Lead the project engineering team's business improvement initiatives and support and organize improvement projects within the mine division.

Develop JHA and Risk Assessments in line with contractors' work practices to mitigate risks arising from interdependence of other stakeholders' work.

Respond to technical questions from other departments and provide information to construction teams during the development phase.

Develop procedures and documents for effective team work.

Train project engineers in project engineering best practices.

Ensure continuous improvement of mine project engineering operations.

Provide information related to infrastructure projects in mine planning.

Provide technical advice to project engineers.

Ensure that all mine project documents are technically accurate and properly documented;

Ensure that all legal requirements related to mining projects are met and properly documented;

Requirements

​

 

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent or higher education obtained from a college, university, or university program with a degree or diploma.

- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in various positions in underground and other types of mines

- Experience in mine service planning and modeling

- Has experience and knowledge in the field of construction and organization of mining projects

- He has experience in a senior position and has leadership skills
